Qigong is a practice that utilizes our mind-consciousness and
body movements to cultivate “Qi” or vital energy. In learning to
recognize, direct and circulate Qi, an individual can connect with
the energy of the universe and discover the natural healing
powers of the human body and in nature. Zhineng Qigong is a
type of Qigong that is easy to learn and accessible to everyone.
Zhineng Qigong can help to relieve pain, strengthen the body,
improve mental capacity, and help us to achieve a fundamental
state of health and wellbeing. Read more »

Dr Northrup M.D. says on the Oprah Winfrey Show:
“Chi kung (“Qigong”) is where you use your mind to increase energy flow to the body… Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture can work wonders because it works with the chi (“Qi”) of your body—the energy flow—and we have good scientific evidence that shows that energy meridians are absolutely real and there.” - Jan 18, 2008
Lee from Penang says:
“In November 2006, I went to the Penang General Hospital for my annual medical exam and found a 2-cm cyst in my left breast. I took the two-week Zhineng Qigong Recovery Class and focused on transmitting Qi to my left breast and practiced very hard to dissolve the cyst. Three days after the Recovery Class, I went for a mammogram and it was confirmed that the cyst was no longer there.”
